So we can help quickly, include the email address on your Neri Art account and, for order issues, the artwork title or order date.
Things you can do yourself in the app
From the Profile tab you can reset your password (via "Forgot password?" on the login screen), view your purchases and sales, block users, download a copy of your data, and delete your account. You can report a listing or message from the ⋯ menu on the content itself.
